The staff was exceptional! During our long stay, we got to know several of the employees who were all perfectly hospitable and kind. It was ideal for our family, and we were happy to see families with other young children there as well. Parking was plentiful, and we appreciated the location near many of the city's best restaurants and retail. The Wi-Fi was spotty at times, but overall sufficient for remote work. The desk and kitchenette were very convenient. I was so impressed with the West Elm sofa bed that I'm considering buying one for our home.

I had annual exams at MD Anderson in Houston. We stayed at double tree with kitchenette, sofa bed and complementary breakfast. Your room was very comfortable and the area with refrigerator, microwave and desk area was very spacious and clean. Your breakfast was so much better, variety was excellent and the lady was so great at keeping everything stocked and it flowed nicely. My Pomeranian did his business outside and the poop bags were fully stocked.

I went to this hotel after booking another one down the freeway that had so much mold in the room I was able to photograph it, and you could definitely smell it when you walked in. This hotel was clean, and the staff was really friendly. I will say the coffee was pretty bad. Not sure it qualified as coffee. Other than that, very quiet hotel, and I was even on the ground floor next to the parking lot. I slept better than I have slept in any hotel room.

The friendlessness of the Staff, the immediate attention to my family needs during our stay at this facility. The outstanding service, staff goes above and beyond for travelers to have fresh and vast variety of food available during breakfast hours.

Everything was clean and the beds we tree very comfortable. We had plenty of room for a family of five. I do recommend them getting trash cans for the restroom and the sink area.

Great proximity to restaurants and Dell Diamond. Easy to find from I35. Nice sized room for a family of four. My kids loved the trundle bed couch. The room stayed very cool the way we like it. Continental breakfast had a good variety and was available until 930am.

Increasing the variety of meal options available for breakfast, or changing the types of meals offered periodically, would be fantastic. This could provide more choices for everyone and keep the breakfast menu exciting and fresh

The location was great and near a couple places to eat. The breakfast choices was great and it was awesome to have a hot breakfast. Staff was friendly and were very accommodating as well. I enjoyed and would definitely stay here again.
